CA Rajesh Kumar Khiwani is a Fellow Member of the ICAI and a Certified Valuer.
He carries an extensive professional experience in various fields of financial and Tax advisory, including business structuring and remodelling of business plans, accounting, and assurance services. He possesses rich experience of over 41 years. He has been member of the Tax Audit Quality Review Board of the ICAI.

With his experience spreading over four decades, he specialises in all financial aspects relevant to a business which includes Advising on Corporate Laws, Income Tax, Assurance Services, Internal Controls, Management Consultancy, Business valuations and Goods and Service tax.

CA Nitika Khiwani Sood

Nitika is a LL.B and Bachelors in Commerce from Delhi University and a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, New Delhi.

Apart from this she is DISA qualified and empanelled as and Independent Director. She is also a certified CSR Professional and POSH Trainer.

Apart from that she has been a member of the Accounting Standards Board of the ICAI.

Her professional experience includes:

• Assisting clients in corporate governance, assessment and appellate proceedings.

CA Ramanjeet Singh, B.COM, FCA.

Ramanjeet Singh is a Fellow Member of the ICAI and possesses an experience of more than 10 years in the field of auditing largely private sector organisations, banks, Public Sector Undertakings and Listed Companies.

He has a rich experience in development of systems, controls and internal checks for various organsiations. Apart from the above he specialises in the field of Goods and Services Tax advisory and litigation services.

CA Suvrat Khiwani

Suvrat Khiwani is a bachelor's in commerce from Delhi University and an associate member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, New Delhi.

He is also a certified CSR professional.

Suvrat carries professional experience in handling various matters relating to auditing and assurance services. He has worked as a consultant with various corporates has also worked in the E-commerce sector. He qualified as a Member of the ICAI, three years ago but has work experience of more than a decade in various fields. Suvrat has also been associated to two of the Big 4 accounting firms.
